2. Services

  • We supply, install, and maintain equipment including (but not limited to) pool tables, jukeboxes, arcade machines and vending machines.

  • All rental and profit-share agreements will be subject to a separate written contract.

  • Ownership of equipment remains with Kingdom Entertainment & Vending unless agreed otherwise in writing.

3. Payments

  • Payments must be made according to the terms stated in your invoice or contract.

  • Late payments may incur interest or fees as outlined in your agreement.

  • All prices are subject to change, but any changes will be communicated prior to confirming an order or contract.

4. Delivery, Installation & Maintenance

  • We will arrange delivery and installation dates with you in advance.

  • Maintenance and servicing are included for rented or profit-share machines unless otherwise stated.

  • Customers are responsible for the care and correct use of any equipment in their possession.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Purchases of new or refurbished equipment are final unless otherwise agreed.

  • Rental agreements may have minimum terms – cancellations before the agreed period may incur fees.

6. Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our equipment.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring equipment is used safely and appropriately.

7. Privacy

  • Any personal information submitted through our website or contact forms will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Kingdom Entertainment & Vending and may not be used without permission.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by Irish law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
